You will be able to access your website immediately after signing up! We find that most agents need a few days to a few weeks to set their website up with all the necessary content.
Often times, getting IDX approval will be the final piece needed for your website to launch. The speed at which your IDX will be approved depends on your MLS and board, your Broker and sometimes how many approvals are ahead of you in the queue. Some MLS’ approve within hours, and some take a week or more.
Absolutely- our themes have multiple color options and the ability for you to customize your new website to match your brand.
For those who wish to have a more of a custom website we offer custom design services for a very reasonable investment.

Property-Press sites are built on a WordPress MultiSite environment. This means that there is a shared code set for WordPress core and plugins.
The advantage of MultiSite is that BrandCo maintains all of the core and plugin updates systemwide so you always have the most recent and proven tools and options available to you without the need to manage conflicts that inevitably creep into your WordPress install.
This means that you will not be able to add your own plugins.
If you find a plugin that you think should be included in Property-Press you can submit a feature request for our engineers to evaluate the need and compatibility in our system .
If you want the freedom of managing your own WordPress environment free of the restrictions of being on a Multi Site we do have a Pro version that is self hosted. Contact our support team for more information.
Absolutely- you own your website structure and content. We hope that you’ll be a client for life, but if you choose to move your website to another provider you’re able to export your content and take it with you.
If you’re using one of our stock themes and you choose to move to another provider you will need to purchase a new theme. If you’ve paid for a custom theme you’re free to take that with you.
Some MLS’ have additional monthly fees that they charge through the IDX fees or directly to the agent or broker.
